Acrylic pressure sensitive transfer adhesive with anisotropic electrical conductivity through the Z-axis (adhesive thickness). It provides good stick and shear properties to a wide variety of substrates, and extremely low electrical resistance. LT307 is RoHS- compliant and Halogen free.
Features and Benefits
Laird PSA/CPSA can withstand up to 180°C for several minutes and up to 125°C for several weeks. The adhesion will be maintained at a high level during 105°C exposure for several months to one year.
